These data are from the “[BRCA-US] Breast Cancer - TCGA, US” project in the International Cancer Genomics Consortium’s data portal. Specifically, this project contains clinical observations for hundreds of breast-cancer patients as well as gene-level expression data, profiled using RNA-Sequencing technology.
